
You have to have something with candy canes in it! ’tis the season!
Recipe:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
8 dates
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp oil of choice
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
Crushed up candy canes
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2.Mix all ingredients together in blender or mixer except for the candy canes.
3. Roll into desired shapes on lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins.
4. Top the cookies with crushed candy canes.
Allow to fully cool and enjoy!
